How do I confirm my booking?
Make a payment to our Moniepoint account and send proof of payment
via WhatsApp with your check-in date, room type, and number of
nights. We confirm within 30 minutes.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is available at our restaurant and can be added to your
stay for an additional fee. Please let us know when booking.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes! We offer complimentary, secure on-site parking monitored by
our 24/7 security team for all registered hotel guests.
Do you allow pets?
We currently have a no-pets policy to ensure the comfort of all
our guests. Contact us if you have specific needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a
full refund. Within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
